Greg: Does this require an electrician for assembly and how complex is it. Needing to estimate labor and practicality of an electrician being able to assemble or if I can do the assembly prior to the electrician installing. please advise.

Greg: I forgot to ask, what color are the metal parts (chain, canopy at the ceiling, etc.). Silver or Gold. I prefer silver if I order to ensure it fits with the other pieces in the home. Thx.
