• Thomas: Dear Sirs, I am interested in one of your chandeliers with the code mgs-8067/6CR. As indicated the article is not on stock and has to be produced. Could you please tell me when this article is available and ready for delivery? When do you charge my credit card?

• Anne-Marie: Thank you for shipping the chandelier, which has arrived and has been hung by my electrician to check it is ok, however, one of the light holders is chipped and another arm is wonky in its slot, so the effect is a lop-sided light fitting.

• Larry: We recently made an order of three items. I just want to make sure that they have the gold metal finish on them, because I just realized that on the website it says white finish for one of them.. We would like them to be the same colour, gold metal. Could you please confirm this for us?

• Mrs Lee: Good morning, I am interested in purchasing the below chandelier, which is shown on your website in MegaZine3, on page 146: Black Murano glass chandelier with 6 lights code:mgs-8067/6NE. I will also need two wall lights, with two or three lights (depending on size) to match the chandelier. Do you have these or can you make them? If so can you provide me with a photo and the price for each wall light. How long will it take to supply them? I live in the United Kingdom so would also like to know regarding postage and packing. We send you ad email with one picture of a similar item with the only difference that the cups are facing up (so the arms are turned backwards), furthermore there isn't the central “flame” part. • Matt: I received this chandalier and thought it was Ok, but today i had an electrician go to install it and when we fully unpacked the box we noticed that one of the light cups had cracks in it. Please let me know if you can send me a replacement for this piece. The rest of it was fine. Thank you.
